Viviana Beatriz Mustafá, director and founder of V & M, together with Marcela V. Arrieta, we are a company, focused on promoting and disseminating movement, as an instrument to express emotions, communication, mental, physical and bodily well-being.

His professional training is as a Lic. in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy. UNC. Instructor of hypopressive exercises, wellbarre method. Postgraduate in Rehabilitation, and aquatic recreation.

His personal mission as with his company V&M Bienestar is to improve the quality of healthy daily habits. Connecting with your being, with your interior, with others, learning, sharing and training.

Its work methodology is based on conferences, express workshops, active breaks, comprehensive movement activities, postural hygiene, meditation, and relaxation.
