Hello, on Sunday 7/28 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (ARGENTINA), we will be holding a solidarity workshop to address the pelvic floor from theory to practice.
Here the idea is that we can recognize problems, not normalize symptoms, prevent and work on this body space, so you will see that you will surely be able to find solutions.
We are part of this workshop professionals from the area of exercise and health who work in these areas of intervention, where we observe the body in a comprehensive way.

Aerolatino is a fitness dance class created by Jeff Davila, a Colombian fitness instructor residing in England.

Aerolatino combines Latin American rhythms and dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha-cha, samba, Reggaeton, lambada and cumbia. It's a low-impact, high-energy workout that's fun and enjoyable for all fitness levels.
Aerolatino classes usually last 60 minutes and begin with a warm-up. The class then moves into a series of cardio-based dance routines that are choreographed to Latin music. The routines are designed to be challenging but fun and help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility.
