Miguel Gordon is Academic Director of AAFEF and Technical Director of APAEF with
30 years of experience in the field of physical culture, physical conditioning and health. He is a Promoter of the benefits of physical activities and the main precursor of Functional Training in Panama, taking this system to improvements in physical states, health and well-being; In addition, at a competitive level, creating competitions for children, adolescents and adults of all levels of physical condition, establishing a competitive environment and healthy coexistence in societies.
