IIDCA Portugal Ambassador

Nuno Sousa has been a trainer since 2004 and the General Manager of Promofitness Unipessoal, Lda (Portugal) since 2010, training hundreds of instructors throughout Portugal and other parts of the world. Since 2023, he has been chosen as IIDCA's Ambassador for Portugal, in order to promote and interconnect Portugal's Fitness and Wellness with Latin America.

He is a fitness and sports professional, specialized in the management of events, companies and programs, because in addition to his long career in the field he has been trained as a Bachelor in Sports Management since 2003 in Porto, as well as since 2006 in Business Administration.

As Manager of Promofitness, Nuno has created a "pool" of companies called "GRUPO Promofit" in 2020, achieving prominence in all its areas of intervention: PromoFitness; PromoSports; PromoDance; PromoTherapy; Pilates School; Yoga; Promofit Games; Promofit events. In addition, he is responsible for the creation of several leading brands in the Portuguese market.

His role in Fitness and Wellness in Portugal is key, as he is responsible for the most prestigious Fitness Conventions in Portugal, where activities are exhibited with national and international references, offering professionals who participate as students a space for instruction and fun while promoting healthy habits.
