IIDCA Brazil Ambassador

Eden Carlos is one of the most outstanding professionals in the world of fitness in his country, which is why he is IIDCA's Ambassador for Brazil.

Eden has a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Health Sciences, and has several national and international certifications. He is passionate about movement and spirituality, since his childhood he has been a practitioner of judo, natural movement, capoeira and jiu jitsu.

Since 2001, he has dedicated himself to the study of the importance of integrated movement for complete transformation, helping people unlock their hidden potential and reach their peak performance.

He is renowned for his holistic approach, where he combines ancestral knowledge with scientific information, and puts it into practice, through body movement techniques and mind control. What a professional has done with several national awards and recognitions.

Elected Professional of the Year in 2008 by CREF-SP in the Adapted Gymnastics category, Elected Personal Trainer of the Year in 2015 by the Brazilian Society of Personal Trainers. He received the Medal of Sports Merit from the City of São José dos Campos and the Medal of Sports Merit from the State of São Paulo, awards that came in recognition of his work, serving thousands of students in his career, including international athletes, Olympians, various executives and entrepreneurs.
