Alexis Marco Habich de Comnène

IIDCA Belgium Ambassador

Alexis Marco Habich de Comnène, born on May 21, 1979 in Paris, France, lived in Spain for 3 years during his childhood. He played rugby at a good level for 10 years (ASGB and then ASPTT club from Paris) and also practiced Greco-Roman wrestling.

 In 2001 he graduated as a pharmacy assistant at the Versailles Academy (Paris). In 2008, he dedicated himself to sports and fitness and became a personal trainer and physical trainer (bodybuilding, weightlifting, wrestling). He worked for passage fitness, vitale, fitness first, until he moved to Brussels, Belgium in 2008, where he became one of the best bodybuilding trainers. His wife Jennifer Teuwen is an IFBB PRO athlete.

 In 2016 he became a Headtrainer and created his own clothing brand specialized in bodybuilding (2damax Wear). He also created the 2damax academy which later became the DNA Academy by partnering with Mehdi Nehme (ex HBX France) in 2019 (more than 3000 coaches trained on 3 continents).

 After such success, he becomes a Headtrainer in Basic fit with his partner (more than 20 clubs in France, Belgium and Luxembourg + physiotherapy study and physiotherapy consultation).

  In 2018 he created the biggest Belgian IFBB contest "BRUSSELS MUSCLES" (every year the winners go to the Arnold classic in Spain).

In 2023 he created fit trip tour, a travel agency for sports stays (Dubai, Tenerife, Malaga). Now he is the new IIDCA Ambassador for Belgium, bringing all his experience in the sector to IIDCA around the world.
