Patricio Pileggi is the Director of NEOFIT and partner of Sport Management Solution Group, in addition to being IIDCA's Institutional Events Manager. In the educational area, he is the owner of the NEOFIT school and has been Jéfe de Cátedra for the career of national coach of Swimming and Lifeguard.

In his long and diverse career as an outstanding personal trainer, he has even coached international musicians. In his 20 years of experience, he has organized events and "experiences" in numerous seasons on the Argentine coast and Punta del Este for important brands.

As an Event Manager, your role is to oversee and organize events that have an impact on the target audience, that are successful and profitable according to the budget. His responsibility as a Fitness technician is also to coordinate with the Secretary General and the commercial areas that companies support healthy habits initiatives to promote people to be increasingly active.

Among the tasks to be developed in the event are the technical planning, its execution, analysis of the public and exhibitors, as well as the objectives of the event and the themes to be developed. With the Secretary-General and the Integrity Department, it selects suppliers and collaborators. From the technical area, he will devise everything from the decoration to the spaces, with the sole purpose of making everything work to solve any inconvenience.
