DESCRIPTION: Our Functional Training course will allow you to know and master all the different training modalities based on circuits or stations, with their different names and methodologies. You will acquire tools, criteria and tips that will help you to organize both individual and group routines so that your classes are entertaining, varied, adaptable to the needs of each individual and effective in results.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
- Introduction: debate and reflections on the concept of "Functional"
- Seasonal training modalities: AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA, "cash in" and "for time".
- Features of HIT, HIFT and HIIT.
- Training in circuits for repetitions. Schemes and methodology.
- Training in circuits by time. Scheme and methodology.
- Training schemes according to the number of people and type of population.
- Organization of a circuit training session.
- Type of exercises. Adaptations according to physical condition.
- Training aimed at reducing adipose mass. Considerations.
- Health oriented training. Considerations.
- Training oriented to sports performance. Considerations.
- How to monitor the load: use of heart rate as an effective training control and use of subjective perception of effort.
- Preventive/protective exercises.
- Materials for functional training.

ASSEMBLY OF TRAINING SESSIONS
- Selection of exercises according to space, materials and number of people.
- Types of exercises: overload, power, hybrid and neutral.
- Criteria for the order of successive exercises.
- Fractions of effort time and pause time according to population and objectives.
- Armed with routines with the ACAF training sheet and video library of exercises.
