There are no excuses to fulfill the purpose of doing more sport in that time you watched your favorite series. The platform stands up to Apple Fitness+ with Nike Training Club.

The idea is not new, since in the "80s" in many countries there have been famous coaches on TV who made us move, something that returned and was enhanced in the pandemic. But what is Netflix Wellness?

APPLE FITNESS+ COMPETITION

Now, Nike Training Club and Netflix are teaming up for the first time with a total of 30 hours of exercise sessions spread over two seasons, the platform has reported. "They will be available in multiple languages across all Netflix plans, with workouts for all fitness levels and interests," the statement reads.

Fitness classes include the following programs:

• Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes): bodyweight/aerobic strength training. Ideal three times a week. All you need is one mat. Perfect for beginners.

• Two weeks for a stronger abdomen (7 episodes): bodyweight exercises and yoga. Also for beginners and three times a week on average, it is ideal for those looking for a steel core.

• Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes): Branden Collinsworth and Jonah Kest design low-impact workouts where breathing comes into play. It requires mat and also advocates a practice three times a week.

• HIT & Stretching with Tara (14 episodes): If you're looking for results and want to sweat it out without being exhausted by the high intensity, Tara Nicolas is the instructor you need. Three weeks weeks, four sessions per week, then one week, two sessions per week.

• Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes): A mobility and strength workout that requires equipment. A 'full body' or very complete workout. Equipment and space needs: two moderate to heavy dumbbells; Mat, yoga block, resistance band, or optional light dumbbells. Run it for two weeks, three times a week.
