Promofitness was founded in the city of Porto in 1992. We are a service company in the area of sports, focused on three areas of activity: (1) Professional training of sports technicians, (2) Planning and organization of sports events, (3) Consulting for companies.

Supported by a young, dynamic and innovative team, we have the ambition and strong desire to maintain a reference position in the market, combining experience with irreverence, in the constant search for new trends and solutions that allow us to respond to all who come to us.

Over several years we have accumulated knowledge, diversified services, created leading brands in the market and all this growth resulted in the constitution of the PROMOFIT GROUP, in 2020, aggregating all its areas of intervention: PromoFitness; PromoSports; PromoDance; PromoTherapy; Pilates School; Yoga; Promofit Games; Promofit Events.
