Escuela de Fitness

The Fitness School offers face-to-face and distance education at an international level. In addition to the headquarters in Uruguay, we have offices in Argentina and Mexico. Our courses are in hybrid format (Face-to-face and online) and some exclusively online. We have a Multidisciplinary Teaching Group with a specialist in the areas taught in each Training.

Fitness School is characterized by its seriousness and scientific rigor in the contents of each of its trainings. Our Courses and Seminars maintain these premises thus providing very didactic and really productive hours of training both face-to-face and online, which offers the possibility of attending our trainings in person or from the comfort of your home and learning from the hand of a very qualified and experienced teaching group.
