Bio Clinik

At the +Bio Clinik Metabolic Research Center we specialize in the diagnosis, monitoring and control of Metabolic Syndrome (overweight, diabetes, hypertension and alterations of cholesterol and triglycerides), the Acceleration of Digestive Metabolism and Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs).

Since 1990 in Guatemala we have dedicated time and resources to medical research on Metabolic Acceleration. We are part of the International Medical Community for Digestive Metabolic Acceleration that implements the Metabolic Acceleration Program, MAP, in men and women in Latin America.

We are a meeting point between different specialists with unified criteria in the research, diagnosis and treatment of Metabolic Syndrome (metabolic diseases that begin with overweight) in men and women, of all ages, who have done all kinds of diets and treatments without the expected result, who have gained extra weight at the end of each attempt and fail to keep the weight-fat lost or the benefits obtained stable. People who are not overweight but want to have a Healthy Lifestyle, athletes, fathers and mothers interested in correcting the diet of their family, women in gestation or lactation.
