Cycling MVD

Cycling MVD it began as a training school in 2013, in order to provide instructors with tools, skills and strategies to function in front of a group of heterogeneous students with different characteristics.

Cycling MVD promotes inclusion by training instructors to work with students of different ages, sex, physical build, hypertensive, diabetic, pregnant, adolescent, elderly, obesity, pathologies of the spine, knee, blind, deaf and dumb, amputee, etc.; and of course, generating an evolution in the classes for all types of populations simultaneously without losing the fun and supervision.
