We are a company founded in 2005, formed by Belinda and Sese Lorenzo Lareo,

Internationally Certified by Body Intelligence in Pilates Methodology.

We offer our students a personalized service, seeking the satisfaction of their needs, collaborating with health personnel for the follow-up in pathologies.

We have extensive facilities for the work of Pilates Matwork and Study (Machines), with small groups so that the student can assimilate the Pilates Methodology from the base.

We are also incorporating new trends, such as Unnata aerial Pilates,

BARRE BCN system, Gyrotonic and different accessories that will make your classes a real enjoyment.
