The Essential group has a center in Tomelloso. With its own identity. The Essential Pilates is in charge of the Wellness area prioritizing Pilates classes.
It is a member of the IIDCA (International Institute of Sport and Applied Sciences, and EFHA (European Health and Fitness Association) and instructors are registered in the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS).
