La Federazione Italiana Aerobica e Fitness – FIAF, è un’associazione senza fine di lucro, fondata nel 1990, che promuove le attività di fitness quale mezzo ottimale per migliorare il benessere psicofisico della persona e come momento di educazione, di crescita, di impegno e di aggregazione sociale.
La FIAF agisce congiuntamente alla Scuola Italiana Attività di Fitness - SIAF, propria articolazione tecnica, che si occupa esclusivamente di formazione professionale, di cui sono note l’alta competenza tecnica e la serietà che contraddistinguono le sue attività.

The Italian Federation of Aerobics and Fitness – FIAF, is a non-profit association, founded in 1990, which promotes fitness activities as an optimal means to improve the psychophysical well-being of the person and as a time of education, growth, commitment and social aggregation.
The FIAF acts jointly with the Italian School of Fitness Activities - SIAF, its own technical articulation, which deals exclusively with vocational training, from which the high technical competence and seriousness that distinguish its activities are known.
