The Introduction to the CFC method training focuses on the development of flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Through a combination of resources from various disciplines, students learn to improve their proprioceptive record, enhance flexibility and strength, prevent injuries, re-educate posture, and improve physical and emotional skills. In addition, self-knowledge through the body is worked on, promoting the mind-body connection.

TOPICS:
Concept of flexibility, human body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, respiratory, etc.), muscle and myofascial chains, postural re-education, perception of reality, psyche and flexibility as a state of being, analysis of emotional postures, building a conscious practice, among others.
COURSE OPTIONS:
Professional Option: Full access to material, recorded classes, 2 extra hours of monthly training in the 2nd quarter, certificate with IIDCA endorsement.
Personal Option: Access to material and recorded classes, certificate of participation and completion of the training year.
CERTIFICATION:
Students receive a certificate of participation, with an optional additional certificate for those in the professional modality with IIDCA endorsement.
